Valet will be provided for guests who choose to drive. Can I bring a guest?All invited guests will be listed on your formal invitation. Will transportation be provided?Yes! Is the reception indoors or outdoors?Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will be held indoors. We encourage guests to plan their attire accordingly.

Q + A

We’ve secured a block of rooms at The Westin Governor Morris for our out-of-town guests. Please reserve your room directly using the link provided below or by calling 888-627-8419 and referencing the Mathis–Rhodes Wedding. All reservations must be made by September 18th. Room rates range from $210 to $235 per night, before taxes and fees. Please note that hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. We recommend contacting the hotel prior to your arrival to request an early check-in. Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from Fiddler's Elbow.

The Westin Governor Morris 

For guests looking for an alternative accommodation option, we recommend The Pendry, a beautiful country estate offering a classic and refined setting. While we do not have a room block reserved there, guests are welcome to book accommodations directly with the hotel, subject to availability.
